Firstly, I am happy with the customer service. Tried calling at first but the calls weren't answered and was later informed that they communicate via sms only.
ReplyDeleteReplies are not always prompt but it's OK. I still got replies even if having to wait. As a serious buyer, I'd like to get the details and payment sorted out fast.
The stroller arrived after 1 day of courier and the condition of the item is surprisingly good. There are scratches and a little wear and tear but overall was value for money although I wish the price was slightly lower.
I'll definitely be a repeat customer if there's another stroller I like and is affordable.
